高红民,教授/博导,IEEE Senior Member,江苏省“333工程”高层次人才,发表高水平学术论文120余篇,其中第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文70余篇,入选ESI高被引论文6篇,授权国家发明专利50余件,主持国家级JG*73基金项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金面上项目、江苏省科技成果转化面上项目、中科院项目、中国博士后科学基金等。主持的项目“多源卫星联合观测与业务化应用服务关键技术”获得江西省科技进步二等奖1项。本人指导的张亦严、陈忠昊2名硕士研究生学位论文获得2023年江苏省优秀硕士学位论文。担任国际数字地球学会中国国家委员会成像光谱对地观测专业委员会委员,中国图象图形学学会遥感图像专业委员会委员,全国成像光谱对地观测学术研讨会大会委员、论坛主席,Remote sensing (IF=4.2), Applied Sciences (IF=2.5)期刊编委,Frontiers in Remote Sensing (IF=3.4)期刊副主编。
